Used these every day before work for a few weeks. I'm a mechanic and I do pretty strenuous stuff all day. I did t really notice any difference. I still feel pretty sore after tough days. The taste and texture is decent. I'm not a fan of cherry but these don't have that horrible cough medicine taste. If creatine normally works for you, these can be an easy convenient way to take it without having to mix anything. No extra steps, just pop a couple gummies and you're good to go.
These Creatine Gummies are so good and tasty. The texture is something different but it’s OK after you chew a few of them. After using them for a week or so, I hope to see a difference in my work out. They’re easy to take and I look forward to trying the other flavors too. You just eat 3 of them and keep it moving throughout your day. I would recommend trying these as part of your health journey and I would purchase them again.
I have only ever used powdered creatine before these gummies.. and I must say, I absolutely hate taking the time to mix it. When I saw these gummies I figured it would be a quicker, easier way for me to get my creatine in, and it definitely is! I love the convenience of just being able to pop one and go. No more mixing and getting little chunks of powder in your mouth. Although these are easier, and initially taste good, as you chew them more they do tend to get more chalky tasting and I usually have to wash it down with water halfway through chewing.
My husband likes the taste of these gummies. They are pretty close to the same concentration as similar products. He likes the bag and said it fits well to throw in his gym bag. Takes up less space than a canister would.
My first thought upon opening the bag was that these smelled just like starburst candy. Then I ate one. The flavor, as others have mentioned was kinda medicinal, but not off putting. Certainly not starburst candy, like the smell would have led me to believe. No, the issue I had with these was the texture. It was like chewing on play sand (not that I'd know). Less gummy and more like viscous grit. I tried to get over it but there were also large clumps of what I assume was the creatine. They were very hard and uncomfortable to chew. The grittiness and the large clumps did me in. I had to force myself to finish and swallow.I wasn't able to continue using these so I am unable to speak on if the creatine would have any effects.
I'm on a mission to get back in shape and have been hitting the gym pretty hard lately. I've been curious about creatine supplements for a while, so when I had the opportunity to try Laser Beams Creatine Monohydrate Gummies in exchange for my honest review, I jumped at the chance. The bag comes with a good amount of gummies, which is a plus. However, after a couple of weeks of use, I haven't noticed any real difference in my workouts. My recovery time seems the same, and I haven't experienced a boost in energy or performance. On top of that, the flavor is just okay, nothing to write home about. What really threw me off was the amount of sugar packed into each gummy. It kind of defeats the purpose of trying to be healthy, right? The texture is also a bit strange - pretty grainy for a gummy.Overall, I'm disappointed with Laser Beams Creatine Monohydrate Gummies. They haven't delivered on their promise for me, and the sugar content is a major drawback. I wouldn't purchase these again.
This worked fine for me. The taste was ok, kind of like a medicine flavor almost, but not anything terrible. The texture was also fine. I noticed results when working out so I would recommend.

However, the added sugars and caloric content slightly reduce their appeal for those on stricter dietary plans. If you value easy creatine supplementation in a tasty format, this is a solid option.
Overall , I like this product because they aren't masking the real ingredients with a bunch of sugar substitutes or synthetic flavors. It does have added real sugar, but the main ingredient probably taste pretty nasty without a sweetener. It's a convenient way to get your creatine instead of taking pills. If you only likes gummies that taste like candy, you probably won't like these. This product states that there's no loading phase needed. So, take that into consideration and read the research.
Each serving provides a solid 5g of Creapure creatine, known for its high quality and effectiveness. The Cosmic Cherry flavor is delicious, making it easy to incorporate into your daily routine without any chalky aftertaste. They’re also incredibly convenient—no mixing powders or measuring required. Perfect for on-the-go fitness enthusiasts looking for a simple yet effective creatine supplement.
So I basically tried every Creatine gummy and this one if by far the best. When looking at the actual amount of creatine per serving, most brands are just a gimmick. They’re basically a candy with no creatine. There was one or two other brands that were comparable in terms of amount of creatine per serving but the taste was absolutely horrible. I found these to be the better tasting one of the all.HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is trying to take creatine in a gummy format.
My husband and son are serious about their work outs and have been choking down powder creating for quite some time. We decided to try the creatine gummies mostly because I’m tired of cleaning up powder from spills. They have been taking them and tell me that the effectiveness is right where it should be for the strength. They say that they taste good and are so much easier than making up shakes or drinks. The quality seems to be great. We will continue to buy these!
As a 62yo male in decent health, I need help in maintaining muscle tone that exercise alone won't offset the effects of aging.I've used creatine powders, and taking a gummy is a quick way to get the benefits without the fuss. These gummies have added sugars which I find a bit too sweet for my tastes. YMMV.A relatively newcomer (website blog dates back to Dec 2024), Laser Beams is a company that provides gummies in four different flavors that are sold on Amazon as well as its e-commerce website. The company provides 3rd party test reports on its website that very few nutritional supplements ever follow through with other than a label icon. The per unit serving is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and trust make it worth it.
These taste good and i've put in an order for the mango ones too. I am waiting to see the effect over time since it can take a week or two for Creatine to build up for the muscles. But so far no complaints.
When you open the bag, the smell of strawberries is pleasant; however, when you bite into the first gummy, it doesn't feel like a gummy but rather very gritty, and it doesn't taste good to me; it has a bit of a weird aftertaste. What intrigues me about this product is that you only need to take three instead of four or five, which is where the trick to the formula lies; if you take fewer gummies, you will lose the good flavor because the gummy would have to contain more creatine. That said, I have no doubts about the creatine or the content, but they should improve the flavor if they want you to enjoy a dose of three gummies infused with five grams of creatine. Laser Beams can replace the sugar content with a natural sweetener if they invest in quality creatine, such as the Creapure brand, and make it sugar-free.
I really like creatine gummies for the days that I don't have a protein drink. (Days that I consume protein drinks, I simply add creatine powder).I have now tried several different varieties of creatine gummies thus far.The 'cherry' flavor here tastes medicinal to me.Also, the gummies had a texture that wasn't great to me - almost chalky.Taste is obviously subjective, so I did not remove a star for the 'cherry' flavor, however the texture was off-puting.I don't think that I would get these again due to the taste and texture. However, I realize that is subjective - your mileage may vary.
I thought a single one of these was 5 g, but it turns out to be 3 of them. The gummies are quite large, feel pretty artificial, and honestly, I can't see myself taking 3 of these a day. The smell is very artificial as well, and the package felt pretty cheap, the closing isn't quite airtight.
These taste great, but my wife and I are divided on the aftertaste. The flavor itself is tasty candy cherry, sweet and sour, though not too strong. The texture is jelly-like and pleasant. But my wife, who happily uses several kinds of artificial sweeteners, swears there's an odd artificial-sweetener-like aftertaste. While I, who can't stand the aftertaste of artificial sweeteners, don't taste anything like artificial sweeteners or much aftertaste at all. We do agree that the taste is great and the texture is good, so I'm not sure what lesson to take from this. I should point out that according to the label these don't actually contain any artificial sweeteners at all.
These have an unusual texture, more like a fruit chew than a gummy. The flavor is good, and the ingredients are good. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the price seems a bit high to me - nearly 50 cents per serving.
I ordered the Laser Beams Creatine Monohydrate Gummies - Cosmic Cherry to see if I could get the performance benefits as advertised.Serving size is 3 gummies. Total carbs for 3 is 9g. I did not enjoy the taste, and there is a lingering aftertaste. The texture is not very gummy, it's grainier like those airhead candies your kids end up with at Halloween. The product uses Creatine Monohydrate from the brand name Creapure, which looks to widely studied. I am not pleased that the product contains guar gum and "natural flavors". But I'm interested to see how the product performs.
These creatine gummies smell exactly like cherry Starburst candy, but the texture is much grittier (like you're chewing on a gummy wad of sugar crystals). I prefer a texture more like actual gummies, but you can only wish for so much with "healthy" products. You get a decent amount (90 pcs) per pack, or about 3 months' servings. Not bad!
The taste is a little bit off but I would still have it for the benefit of creatine. The good thing about this form is - these gummies are not chewy, so you dont need to waste your energy in chewing them. It is more palatable that way. May be other flavors feel less artificial.
Super fast shipping, sturdy packaging with a resealable closure.Flavor is good, texture is OK. Serving size is calculated for 3 chews, just FYI.
About 2 weeks into this now and seeing a positive outcome in my work outs. Easy to take and a nice taste.Plan to try all the flavors as they are are conveniently and well packaged.
