Used these every day before work for a few weeks. I'm a mechanic and I do pretty strenuous stuff all day. I did t really notice any difference. I still feel pretty sore after tough days. The taste and texture is decent. I'm not a fan of cherry but these don't have that horrible cough medicine taste. If creatine normally works for you, these can be an easy convenient way to take it without having to mix anything. No extra steps, just pop a couple gummies and you're good to go.

That said, I have no doubts about the creatine or the content, but they should improve the flavor if they want you to enjoy a dose of three gummies infused with five grams of creatine.
